Event Description
Black in Environment is excited to host its 4th Annual #BlackInEnvironmentWeek VIRTUALLY (April 21-24, 2024) and IN-PERSON (April 25-27, 2024)! The purpose of #BlackInEnvironmentWeek is to facilitate connections between Black environmentalists across the diaspora. We invite scientists, community organizers, creatives, climate professionals, policymakers, and all those who engage with the environment to share their knowledge and expertise with one another. Additionally, we provide professional development opportunities for those interested in working in the environmental field. Select conference materials and proceedings are shared to the broader public via K-12 educational materials and social media posts.

Attendance
