Submittal Instructions

Articles and ASEH-related announcements should be submitted by e-mail to Diana Di Stefano, ASEH executive director with minimal formatting. Images should be sent separately as jpg files and text for announcements should be very brief - no more than 1-2 paragraphs (it is a good idea to include a link for more info).

Schedule

The following are the deadlines for the 2026 publication schedule:

Spring - March 15, 2026

Summer - June 15, 2026

Fall - September 15, 2026

Winter - December 15, 2026

ASEH's newsletter follows the Chicago Manual of Style guidelines for its editorial policy.
