Call for Papers Opened                                         First Week of June   

Individuals may submit sessions, individual papers, poster proposals or social/business meetings. 

Call for Papers Closes                                            August 16, 2026     

Proposals Reviewed                                               From late-August to the third week in September       

The conference committee will review and assign all  single papers.  

Acceptance and Decline Letters Sent                September 17                                                  

Deadline to confirm acceptances                       October 12, 2026

Travel Grant applications open                           First week of September                                   

Travel Grant applications close                           November 20, 2026
