Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of your press, organization, institution, or company.
Exhibit Location, Space, and Traffic
The exhibit area is located in the Delta Ottawa City Centre, located in downtown Ottawa. All coffee breaks and the opening reception will held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic.
- Two complimentary meeting registrations
- Listing in the annual meeting program, website, and app
- If needed, we have volunteers that can staff your booth for no extra charge (includes exhibit set up and distribution of order forms)
Table (6-foot, with skirt and 2 chairs)
$350 first table; additional tables $250 each
Note: the convention center will charge $70 for an electric outlet that is reserved through ASEH by March 1, 2020. The fee covers electricity throughout the conference (three days). Exhibitors can sign up for electricity when reserving a table.
Tables are reserved on a first-registered, first-served basis. In 2015 and 2016 we ran out of tables and it was too late to secure more hotel space. We recommend reserving early, which helps us with conference planning. To be listed in the conference planning, please sign up by January 15, 2020.
