Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of your press, organization, institution, or company.
Exhibit Location, Space, and Traffic
The exhibit area is located in the Graduate Eugene, located in downtown Eugene. All coffee breaks will held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic.

Table (6-foot, with skirt and 2 chairs)
$350 first table; additional tables $250 each
Note: the hotel will charge $25 for an electric outlet that is reserved through ASEH by March 1, 2022. The fee covers electricity throughout the conference (three days). Exhibitors can sign up for electricity when reserving a table.
Tables are reserved on a first-registered, first-served basis. We have run out of space in the past. We recommend reserving early, which helps us with conference planning. To be listed in the conference planning, please sign up by January 15, 2022.
