Thank you for your interest in advertising, exhibiting and sponsorship at ASEH's conference in Eugene, Oregon, March 23-26, 2022. We expect this to be one a very well-attended meeting (more than 600 people) - and we have reserved a large and appealing exhibit area at the Graduate Eugene.

The following form includes options for advertising, exhibiting, and for sponsorships, including payment methods (credit card or check). Deadline: January 15, 2022.

Please note that this form must be completed to reserve an ad or exhibit.

Advertising

There are three ways to promote your press or organization at our conference:

1.  Ad in conference program
Advertisements will appear in the conference program, which will be printed for all conference participants and will be available on ASEH's website. Black & white works best for the printed program; color looks best for the website version. You can submit two versions - or a single file in black & white.

½-page ad: 
Size: 5 ¼"h x 8"w
Price: $175

Full-page ad: 
Size: 10 ½"h x 8"w
Price: $250

Two-page ad:
Size 10 1/2" h x 8"w
Price: $450

Specifications 
Files for print ads should be submitted as 300 dpi, high resolution, image and font embedded, PDF or JPG files. Files submitted in other formats, or files requiring reformatting, may require additional fees.

Deadline
Advertisements and payment must be received by January 15, 2022. Please e-mail advertisement files to David Spatz at david.spatz@aseh.org.


2. "Featured Sponsor" listing on ASEH's homepage and conference website for 30 days
Send logo, 150 dpi, along with link and 2-3 sentence description to David Spatz at david.spatz@aseh.org. First come, first served. Fee: $100.

Deadline
Materials and payment must be received by January 15, 2022. Please e-mail materials to David Spatz at david.spatz@aseh.org.


3.  "Featured Sponsor" in conference communications

This option is available on the registration form. Sponsor a conference announcement with logo, link, and short message sent to all attendees. Cost: $100.

Featured sponsor in the December 2021 issue of ASEH news, sent electronically to all members, includes logo, link, and short message. Cost: $175. Deadline for the newsletter is December 15, 2021. Deadline for Spring issue of ASEH news is March 28, 2022.


Exhibiting

Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of your press, organization, institution, or company.

Exhibit Location, Space, and Traffic 
The exhibit area is located in the Graduate Eugene, located in downtown Eugene. All coffee breaks will held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic.

Fees

Table (6-foot, with skirt and 2 chairs)

 $350 first table; additional tables $250 each


Electricity

Note: the hotel will charge $25 for an electric outlet that is reserved through ASEH by March 1, 2022. The fee covers electricity throughout the conference (three days). Exhibitors can sign up for electricity when reserving a table.


Deadline

Tables are reserved on a first-registered, first-served basis. We have run out of space in the past. We recommend reserving early, which helps us with conference planning. To be listed in the conference planning, please sign up by January 15, 2022.

Wednesday, March 23, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.


Exhibiting Hours

Thursday, March 24, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 25, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon (afternoon break for field trips)
Saturday, March 26, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.


Exhibit Breakdown and Dismantling
Saturday, March 26, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to david.spatz@aseh.orgRequests received by February 1, 2022, to cancel exhibit space will receive a full refund, minus a $150 fee. After February 1, 2022, cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation of rooms must be made through the hotel and are subject to its requirements for notification.
