 Individuals may submit sessions, individual papers, poster proposals or social/business  meetings. 

Call for Papers Closes                                                August 25, 2025

Proposals Reviewed                                                    From late-August to the third week in September       

The conference committee will review and assign all  single papers.  

Acceptance and Decline Letters Sent                       Last Week of September

Deadline to confirm acceptances                              Third Week of October

Travel Grant applications open                                November 1, 2025

2026 ASEH Conference Registration Opens           First Week of November

Travel Grant applications close November 20, 2025
